BDP (Blood Drawing Point) is an internal web application used in Diagnostic center receptions in Romania. It is used for patients, test requests (orders) management, refunds and issuing of results. The main benefit of BDP is that it can process preorders that are coming from the WebShop. The processes related to laboratory are administrated in SILAB application.
After the patients and orders are created in BDP, information is migrated to SILAB, the LIS used in Synevo laboratories. Also, after the test results are validated in SILAB, the results bulletins are generated, and they are available to be released in BDP Module. With other words, the flow begins and ends in BDP.
